A few fun facts: 

I am a Pisces.

I've lived in Washington DC since 2006.

I am taking a leave of absence from New York University. 

I currently live in Montréal, Québec.

I am finishing up my first novel, which I hope to publish very soon, and of course, there is this blog, and some modeling that I do for fun. 

I am fluent in three languages: French, English, and German. I also speak some Italian, and understand some vague Greek, Russian and Hebrew. 

I can be bitchy. I'm a redhead after all.

Opera: I literally worship Maria Callas, Beverly Sills, and Birgit Nilsson. I have a wide array of favourites, from Donizetti to Verdi, to Puccini. I discovered Richard Wagner in more depth last year (went through my first Ring! (Met/Lepage) Yaaay!) and it's been an amazing voyage. If there were more people my age who enjoyed opera, the world would be so much closer to perfection!

Cooking: I like to challenge myself by taking up the most difficult confections, like choux à la crème, puff pastry, and macarons. Usually, it works quite well; I'm quite a Bree Van de Kamp, red hair and all.
